Items are eligible for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase if: in original condition, unworn, in original box with original packaging and positioners, and hang tags attached. Brimly will provide return shipping if an incorrect item was sent, or the return is a result of a Brimly error, otherwise customer is responsible for return shipping cost, which varies based on location. If you would like to schedule a return or exchange, contact us at hi@brimly.com and include your order number, name, address, the item(s) you are returning and the reason for the return.  We are only able to accept returns or exchanges on items purchased directly from Brimly.
